Right of withdrawal

If you live in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Stationpace plans are digital content unlocked straight away. Before checkout we ask you to tick:

"I want access right away and understand I lose my 14 day right of withdrawal once the plan is unlocked."

We store this consent with the date and time. Once your plan is unlocked, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to that purchase. Without the tick, checkout cannot start.

Faulty or missing content

If paid content does not work or does not match its description, email hello@stationpace.app and we will fix it or refund you. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Cancel the monthly plan

Open My plan and choose "Manage subscription". This opens the secure Stripe portal where you can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, then returns to the free level. We do not refund partial months.

Race Pack

The Race Pack is a single payment and never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
